                             location, location, location.  We’ve all heard that the key to a successful business is its lo-
                           cation.  First and foremost, make no mistake;  you are a bUSINESS!  You just happen to be in
                           the business of medicine.  If you don’t adhere to reasonable business principles in today’s en-
                           vironment, you won’t be in the practice of medicine very long.  As few as 20 years ago, physician

                           revenue was sufficient that if you were deficient in some of your business dealings, you could
                           still overcome it with a good revenue stream.  but that’s not the case anymore as all physician
                           revenues have shrunk relative to inflation over the intervening period.
