The 86th Legislative Session opened Jan. 8 and Rep. Dennis Bonnen (R-Angleton) was elected unanimously by the House of Represen-
tatives as our new Texas House Speaker. On Jan. 15, inauguration festivities for Gov. Greg Abbott and Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick took place on
