The Details of Our Plan
Design
A team of engineers and BCMS physicians and staff have been working with an architectural firm on a plan that
provides the space and functionality needs of the medical society. We will build a two-story, 20,000 sq. ft. building
with BCMS occupying the top floor, and lease space on the bottom floor.
Location
BCMS wanted a location that was on a major thoroughfare but was also affordable, accessible, and central to
where physicians either live or work. This property was the best combination of those attributes that could be
found.
