Member/Business Partners Rates
Free during business hours 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Mon-Fri
$50 per hour if entity charges for the event
$50 per hour before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m.; one hour minimum
$75 per hour weekends
15 minute increments for time over one hour
Non-Member Rates
$75 per hour Mon-Fri; one hour minimum
$150 per hour before or after regular work hours
$200 per hour weekends
15 minute increments for time over on hour
Conference Room
Our state-of-the-art Conference Room can be divided into up to three smaller meeting rooms to
best meet your needs and has two drop-down screens and projectors.
Granite countertops and mahogany cabinets line the room, serving as convenient space for
refreshments. This meeting space is suitable for larger groups and accommodates various table
set ups.
Board Room
Our Board Room is home to hundreds of historical medical books and journals,
creating an eye-catching, professional space. The space has a projection unit to display
presentations
and is suitable for smaller business meetings and retreats,
comfortably seating up to twelve.
