CMS Extends Surprise Billing Dispute Process After Change Healthcare Attack

Humana to Update Prior Authorization List
Humana will be updating its commercial prior authorization and notification list July 1, which includes delegating the review and management of requests for certain diagnostic, imaging and sleep services to the clinical intelligence company Cohere.
