BCMS Donates Estimated $26K of PPE to
Government of Namibia, Africa
On June 2, 2022 we donated an
estimated 92,000 KN95s,15,000 disposable surgical masks and cloth
masks to the citizens of Namibia to help them fight the COVID-19
pandemic. It is an honor to help the citizens of Namibia with
our donation of personal protective equipment (PPE) to help fight
the COVID-19 pandemic, now that Namibia is under mandatory mask

Monkeypox Virus
Infection in the United States and Other Non-endemic
Countries
As of June 7, 2022 the US is
reporting 35 cases of monkeypox in 14 states and the District of
Columbia. Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS),
along with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC) and local public health departments, are investigating
persons with suspicion of monkeypox and monitoring individuals
who have had reported contact with confirmed cases. This is an
evolving investigation and public health authorities hope to
learn more about routes of exposure associated with the
current outbreak. Learn more.
