CDC Recommends Novavax’s COVID-19 Vaccine for Adults
The CDC Director Rochelle P.
Walensky, M.D., M.P.H., endorsed the CDC Advisory Committee on
Immunization Practices’ (ACIP) recommendation that Novavax’s
COVID-19 vaccine be used as another primary series option for

and Vicente Gonzales introduced the GOLD Card Act of 2022. This
legislation will reduce unnecessary prior authorizations and the
delays to care. By streamlining prior authorization for physicians,

for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) finalized a historic
provision in the 2020 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule.
This provision includes revisions to the Evaluation and Management
(E/M) office visit CPT® codes (99201-99215) code descriptors and
documentation standards that directly address the continuing
problem of administrative burden for physicians in nearly every

potential Monkeypox exposures among health care personnel,
researchers reported in Infection
