CDC Says
Vaccinated People Should Return To Wearing Masks Indoors In Some
Public Areas
Due to emerging science about
transmission in vaccinated people, the CDC is now recommending all
teachers and students wear masks in school, and that people living
in COVID-19 hotspots, or areas of the country with large outbreaks,

Over 10,000 New COVID-19 Cases In A Day For The First Time Since
February
Bloomberg (7/28, Carroll) reports,
“Texas logged more than 10,000 in daily new virus cases for the
first time in almost six months as the latest wave of the pandemic
intensifies across the second-most populous U.S. state.” Over the
past 24 hours, “the caseload surged by 10,086,” which is “a
55% increase from Tuesday’s addition and the highest since Feb. 9,
state health department figures showed.”
