COVID-19 Vaccinations
Physicians: Do you or
your staff still need the first dose of COVID-19 vaccinations? BCMS
is working with UT Health to get all medical professionals
vaccinated. Have each medical staff person
in your practice that still needs the first dose vaccination complete this form
IMMEDIATELY! Please double check the spelling
of the email address and the accuracy of the phone number! This is
NOT for your patients or the public!
BCMS has worked with UT Health for the last several weeks on their
self-scheduling portal. UT Health San Antonio has now set it up so
all (1A/1B) members of our community, who meet current eligibility requirements
outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, can now
self-schedule their vaccination. A big thank you to
UT Health for working with BCMS to get our members and other health
professionals vaccinated during this very
challenging time. Schedule Your Vaccine
For the latest information on vaccination opportunities in our
community visit the BCMS website Vaccinations for Physicians page.
