Order Your BCMS Physician and Medical Directories

Beginning this year, BCMS will not automatically send each physician member a printed Directory. BCMS has enhanced its online “Find a Doctor” directory that is searchable by various criteria (i.e. Name, Specialty, Zip Code, etc.). It can be accessed through www.bcms.org and on the (Bexar County Medical Society) Phone App (available in your app store).

Though many BCMS members do their physician searches online, some still prefer the convenience and usefulness of having a printed directory. We are sending you this note to see if you need or want a new printed directory. As before, each member will be entitled to one free printed directory each year from BCMS.

The first, main printing of the new Directory will be mid-year 2019 and will be printed quarterly after that (as demand dictates). If you want additional copies beyond your first, free copy, the cost is $99+ tax per book. You can order copies now or quarterly hereafter. Please tell us your preference for a printed directory this year by clicking here.

Joshua Creek Ranch Hunting Lease Opportunity

BCMS has a vacancy available at Joshua Creek Ranch through its corporate membership. The total cost is $800.63 from now through Feb. 2020.

Located in the Texas Hill Country just 45 minutes northwest of San Antonio and 90 minutes southwest of Austin, Joshua Creek Ranch occupies a uniquely diverse terrain including miles of Joshua Creek and Guadalupe River bottomland planted in fields of grain crops for prime pheasant hunting habitat; bordered by limestone bluffs that rise to oak-and-elm-studded pastures lush with prairie grasses providing perfect quail hunting cover; and densely wooded areas conducive to Texas deer hunting, both whitetail and axis.

Open throughout the year, Joshua Creek Ranch's hunting season from October through March is complemented by year-round sporting clays, Texas fly-fishing for rainbow trout November through May, and spring-summer activities including corporate meetings and retreats, reunions, private parties, a Texas summer youth program, river sports such as kayaking, canoeing and tubing, workshops for artists and musicians, and more.
