Tricentennial Symposium

Dear Friends,

As part of our 300th year Birthday Celebration, a group of physicians was determined to include as part of the festivities a look at our 300 years of history and advancements in medicine in San Antonio.

The symposium on May 12 seeks to give perspectives on all aspects of our medical history, from the earliest times of native medicine, to the actual precision medicine practiced in the 21st Century. You will also learn about the history of our hospitals and our multiple learning institutions.

Our designated speaker will share with us his thoughts about how “Health Institutions are the Future of San Antonio.”

I want to thank all of my colleagues and the administrative staff which has endured one full year of work to get to this point.

Please enjoy.

Alfonso Chiscano, MD
