2016 BCMS INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS

 

 



Dr. Jayesh Shah was installed as the 2016 president of the Bexar County Medical Society on Jan. 23 during a banquet at the University of Texas San Antonio H-E-B Ballroom.

 

 

The new Executive Committee for BCMS includes (L-R) Dr. Adam Ratner, treasurer; Dr. Sheldon Gross, vice president; Dr. Leah Jacobson, president-elect; Dr. Jayesh Shah, president; Dr. James L. Humphreys, immediate past president; Mr. Steve Fitzer, CEO of BCMS, Dr. Gerald Greenfield, secretary, (not shown).

Jennifer Lewis is sworn in as the new president of the BCMS Alliance for 2016 by outgoing President Rebecca Christopherson.

The following BCMS and BCVI staffers were recognized this week for their years of service to the medical community in Bexar County - (L-R) Kris King, director of software services for BCVI, 15 years; Melody Newsom, chief operating officer for BCMS, 16 years; Tracy Needs, credentials specialist for BCVI, 20 years; Mary Nava, chief governmental and community relations officer for BCMS, 15 years.
