TMA joins 11 state specialty societies in 34-page
letter to TDI

In response to the Texas Department
of Insurance (TDI) invitation for comment, TMA joined with 11 state
specialty societies and submitted a 34-page letter commenting on
TDI's draft rule proposal on HMO network adequacy and
out-of-network payment provisions. To read the letter, click here.
As TDI's proposal is still a
working draft, more revisions are expected. Additional information
will be provided in this column as details become available.
