Preparing
for ACA
By
John K. Wisniewski
BCMS
CEO/Executive Director
Whether you like it or not,
provisions of the Affordable Care Act are rolling out and will affect
your practice, employees and patients.
This would be a good week to
consider what information is important to know and share.
One source is BeCoveredTexas.org, which
is designed for organizations to help educate Texans about health
options available to them under the new law.
Increasingly, the topic will
surface in the course of treating your patients, and it may be
helpful to share this link proactively, or upon request, to help
refocus your encounters on medical care.
