Last call for submitting resolutions, February's
First Tuesdays visit

BCMS Chief Governmental and
Community Relations Officer
Thursday,
Jan. 31, is the deadline for submitting resolutions to
the BCMS delegation.
If you have any issues you
would like the local delegation to consider submitting to TMA
regarding changes in policy, or a stance you would like them to
take on a particular issue, it's time to submit them in the
form of a resolution.

resolution form can be downloaded by clicking here.
Completed resolutions may
be emailed to mary.nava@bcms.org
or
faxed to 210-301-2150.
White coats headed to Austin
Grab your white coat and plan
to join your colleagues at upcoming First Tuesdays visits
to the Capitol in Austin.
The first
trip is Feb. 5.
During First Tuesdays
visits, physician-members meet with state elected officials,
and witness first-hand how they can have an impact by
making
their voices heard.

to attend First Tuesdays, visit www.texmed.org and
click on First Tuesdays Visits to the Capitol. Registration
deadline is Monday, Jan. 28.
