Free PPE Supplies
The Bexar County Medical Society in conjunction with the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) was recently able to donate over 7 million surgical and N95 face masks to local non-profit organizations including the San Antonio Area Food Bank, Haven for Hope, Catholic Charities, several area churches, etc. This was in addition to providing over 210,000 items of personal protective equipment (PPE) to independent physician practices since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic in March 2020.
